Suddenly Identity safe required the Get Started instead of the Vault password. Correct password and it would just go back to Get Started. I made sure I was completely up to date on updates in which Norton's said Downloads - Not Needed. I also did a handful of restarts. I contacted customer support who did remote control of my computer. The only thing he did different was log out of my Norton's product then did the live update and for some reason it found a update even though 5 minutes before it did not need one. Restarted the computer, logged back into Norton's and the Vault started to work. Solution: Log out of Norton's, run live update until it shows no downloads needed, reboot, sigh in and good luck. Ciao.
