I am using IE 9.0.12, 32-bit. My Identity Safe Toolbar has disappeared after being visible for 6 months. Norton Toolbar is checked; the Checkmark and Norton Search Box are visible but nothing else. I can only access Identity Safe when I go to a website for which I have already created a login.
I checked the forum for solutions, and I do not have the following installed (much less enabled): Symantec NCO BHO, Symantec Intrusion Prevention. I do have the following installed and enabled: Norton Toolbar, Norton Identity Protection, Norton Vulnerability Protection.
Please advise how to solve this problem. Thanks.
