After upgrade to Norton 360 v. 20.2.0.19, my Identity Safe Vault was empty. Trying to create a new vault with my member email address and password gives me this error message.
"A network error is preventing access to your Nprton account. Please chack your computer's internet connectivity and try again."
My connectivity is fine with pleny of bandwidth.
