I have set up a Norton 360 Premium 5 devices account. On the 3 devices like our phones the app required identity set up each day. Is this is required for security to work. Concerned of other charges to my account if not logged re trial periods etc
Are you seeing this setup requirement on all three devices or just the mobile devices? On the iOS devices try reinstalling 360. I remember seeing something similar to what you report. After I reinstalled the app, the issue went away.
Thank you for your response. On my laptop I have windows 10. On our apple phones 12 - the IOS version is 14.4.
The Identity section is for the LifeLock monitoring features. It does not affect your device security.
What device and OS version are you using?
