IdentitySafe password wrong

The password I entered for IdentitySafe doesn't work, and the IdentitySafe pop-up does not have the option for re-setting a password that the Help Screen indicates as the solution.  How can I rescue this function?  I haven't entered anything into it yet.  Thanks!
