Hi everyone,
I recently installed NIS 2012 and am having challenges using the way the Identity Safe drop down now works. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work the way it did in 2011? Specifically:
- I use the dropdown to go to a site and auto log into the site. I have the logins grouped in folders. WIth 2012 if I want to find a login in a folder I now have to select "All Logins". This brings up a dropdown that only shows 5 folders (which I can then navigate into and select the login - all works fine: I click on the login, it takes me to the page and logs me in. But, if my login is not in the first 5 folders I then have to select "more". Instead of providing me a list of additoinal folders to select it brings up the Edit Logins dialog. Why? All I want to do is select one of the logins in the folder list and auto login.
Can someone help me by suggesting a way to either go back to the 2011 way of doing things (which was great!) or how to expand the list of folders listed in the "All Logins" drop down?
On that same note, can someone let me know how to get rid of the last 15 logins that show in the Identity Safe dropdown list. This product is for security and I don't want advertise the last 15 logins that I visited in this list. Especially if you can't clear or edit the list.
Please help me if anyone can. I have gotten very used to and love thw way Identity Safe worked in 2011 to and am struggling with the changes that happened in 2012. I hate to have to stop using this product (I have well over 100 logins stored) but the interface changes make it combersome to use. Hopefully someone can tell me about a setup option that I missed.
Thanks!
