I am running System Works 12 Standard which includes Norton's Antivirus 2009. The last idle quick scan that ran was last night at 9:13 PM. That is very unusual for me considering it is now a little after 3 PM. I checked Symantec Website and I don't see any virus definition updates for today Aug. 13th. Is there a problem with the site or am I having a problem? I should have had like 2 idle scans by now. I am concerned because my idle full system scan is supposed to run tonight after 2 AM, so I won't be awake to see if it will run again as it should. Is there a problem with the server that puts out the virus definitions? I am also having a problem with I am also having a problem with Norton Insight and being able to refresh that. It says it having a problem connecting to that server. It does show a percentage when I first open that part and seems to go thru the motions of getting the refreshed amount, but then it says it can't connect to that server when it seems to be applying the results. I don't know if the 2 problems are related or not since they both seem to concern servers from Symantec. Thank you
