IDP.Generic false detected

Hello, I have a problem with false virus detection in Cities Skylines 2. I don’t know how I can get rid of this message, when I start the game it shows me that a virus has been detected, the application crashes (freezes), and I have to close the notification application by forcing a shutdown. This is annoying and does not allow me to play.

Also looking for solution. I’ve tried what I can think of, I’ve made sure it’s marked as allowed in programs but still won’t trust it, my son getting very frustrated
