HP Pavilion dv7-Entertainment PC
Windows 7 Home Premium, SP-1, 64-bit
Internet Explorer 9
Norton Internet Security 19.9.0.9.
AOL 9.7
I have the AOL toolbar installed. Here's the scenario:
I open Internet Explorer. From there, I see on the AOL Toolbar that I have mail. I click on the AOL toolbar to get to my mail. I can read the mail fine. Now if there's a web link in the email and I click on it, I receive:
Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
If I disable the Norton toolbar, every thing is fine. IE doesn't crash when I click on web links in my AOL mail which has been opened in IE.
Note: When it's workikng properly, when I click on a web link in a mail message, IE opens a new tab with the new page.
Any thoughts?
