I have upgraded my norton internet security to 2010 version on Windows XP SP3. I found 2 problems. First, when I click a "Full Report" button of the norton site safety toolbar in my IE8 to see full site report, that tab always crashes and recovers to a current webpage. It does not forward me to norton site.
Second, the tab also crashes and recovers when I select to open download file. i.e., when I click on a file link on any webpage, Windows will ask me whether to open or save it, and if I select to open, that tab will crash.
