I get three daily emails from a site. Two are my own generated searches and one is what they think I want to see. All come from the same email address. The problem is that the later one continually ends up in the spam folder. Every time I get it, I mark it as "not spam" on the Norton toolbar. Still, some days I get it where it should go but most times it's in the spam folder.
I've also clicked in Outlook 2013's not junk option to accept from the domain every time, plus Outlook sends spam to the junk folder rather than the spam folder, so this must be a Norton problem.
