Good morning everyone, today I tried to subscribe to Norton’s advanced plan, R$ 110.00 in the first year, however, when I finished entering the card information and made the payment, the error notification appeared, the purchase was approved and soon then canceled, I tried again, the error notification appeared but the purchase was made, but I didn’t receive my subscription, the only email I received was one asking me to create a password, how do I resolve this?
