I'm having a problem with my subscription

Good morning everyone, today I tried to subscribe to Norton’s advanced plan, R$ 110.00 in the first year, however, when I finished entering the card information and made the payment, the error notification appeared, the purchase was approved and soon then canceled, I tried again, the error notification appeared but the purchase was made, but I didn’t receive my subscription, the only email I received was one asking me to create a password, how do I resolve this?

did you resolved this? I have similar problem. The subscription renewal error is always appearing despite repeated attempt to update and change credit card. So sad Norton very bad in providing support.

Good morning, I had forgotten to give an update on what happened, but here it is. As it’s been a while, I don’t remember specifically all the details, but in short, yes, I managed to resolve it, but I had to open a dispute with my bank to get the money back. When I tried to resolve it through their support, all I got was another charge attempt, I gave up using norton
