I'm trying to request an annual renewal fee refund but i'm being sent round in circles

Hello, my Norton protection isn't due for renewal until the 21st of November. I have been charged a month in advance as per your policy and I want to request a refund as I no longer wish to continue with your product after that date. Unfortunately (probably by design) you are making it extremely difficult to request an annual fee refund. I click on all the correct links and am being sent round in circles. Please can you help?
