I'm very upset

There's this annoying file or program that keeps multiplying and exiting in the background and it goes by the file name  HrGbmjn.exe by Google Chrome. But I never installed google chrome,

Norton claims its a trust file, but its eating up my resources very badly and there's no way to stop it. I can't delete it but if I make a copy of it, rename them, delete the original then delete the copy, the  HrGbmjn.exe stops multiplying and exiting in my processors tab. Now, if I reboot or disconnect/reconnect, the file comes back and repeats the progress all over again. The file is often located in C:\Users\Owner-1\AppData\LocalLow\EmieUserList usually inside a bunch of other folders randomized letters. How do I tell nortons to not trust the file Hrgbmjn so that it'd remove the file asap when Nortons finds the file? I already have it blocked from accessing the internet via firewall in Program Files. And no, this file nor anything by  Google Chrome is located in my Add/Remove programs.
