Hello, I have a huge problem and really need some help. Somehow I managed to get this imesh installed on my computer and want it removed. I uninstalled through the programs and software but there is still a file in program files called music toolbar. Anytime i start internet explorer/chrome I end up with this message. There was a problem starting c:\program files (x86)\music toolbar\datamngr\apcrtldr.dll access is denied
Norton willnot recognize it as malware/spyware and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much, i downloaded the malware software and it found 164 things and says it took them all out. Keeping my fingers crossed. Again thanks for your help!!

If you had 164 items to be removed and unless they were mostly cookies, I would suggest that you stop off at a free malware removal site to see what caused all these malware items to get into your computer. There may still be some deeper malware which needs to be found and cleaned out. Besides that, the malware rremoval site can check out your computer and give you peace of mind if they say your computer is clean. Therefore I would sign up with one of them and get it checked out and tell them what you have done so far. I also would not try to do anything else to remove any malware as that will make it more difficult for the malware remover.
Please go to one of these free Forums for help in removing your bad malware or rootkits.

hello. i had this problem and was racking my brain to fix it. i have windows 7 home premium and this worked for me. i enabled the elevated administrator account and logged into that account. i followed the path to that file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Music Toolbar\datamngr) and there was an "uninstall" at the bottom that wouldnt run normally but under the administrator account it does. after you click it most of the files dissapear and when you open chrome there is no error message. i had a hard time with this and i hope it helps others who have this problem.
