Issue abstract:

Detailed description:

Norton System Tray pop up is impossible to close. This has been happening for over a year. Many Norton system tray pop-ups have absolutely no possible way to close them. They appear to be badly formatted, where the close window X that normally appears in the top right corner is not visible, and even some of the text runs off the right side of the screen. The pop-ups have no clickable elements and just sit there and are impossible to get rid of short of restarting windows. There are many reports of this online, so it is clearly a Norton developer programming issue.

Product & version number: 25.3.9983 (build 25.3.9983.925)

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing?

in settings go over to the notification tab and at bottom make sure both are on one is for notifications that dont deal with security if i recall

My notification tag is set to “Do Not Disturb”. However, this is not a Windows notification. This is clearly a Norton 360 Popup. It does show in the notifications list and does not even show in the Task Manager. There is literally no way to get rid of if short of restarting the computer.

i was talking about norton settings ( open the program) settings than goto notification tab

Oh, okay. I have all my Norton Notifications set to MUTE.
