Improvement suggestion: email notifications

I have a suggestion on how to improve the service. Rather then have all the email notifications have the same email title ("OnlineFamily.Norton notification") it would be nice to have multiple email notifications depending on the type of notification. For example:

Blocked website

Blocked personal info

New account created

etc.

Right now I get a dozen emails all saying "Blocked website" and have to open each one to assure that there aren't other types of notifications more urgent.

I will second this.  I turned off notifications for blocked sites thinking I'd stop getting spamed when my son is blocked playing an online game locally... the game kept trying to connect to it's server.

But when I turned that off I also stopped seeing the questionable activity logging in the web site "activity" section.

In addition to grouping the emails, it would also be nice to be able to to decide what email notifications you want but still see everything on the web site.

Thanks for the great product!

Please note that "Notifications" settings do not interfere with any other monitoring feature like Web Supervision.

Also, the activity like "Logged onto Networking site" is monitored by Social Networking Supervision. The activities that get reported due to Web Supervision read like "Allowed Web site visited" or "Blocked Web site".

All these features Web, Search, Instant Messaging, Social Networking,  and Time Supervision work independly of Notifications settings and send their respective activities to OnlineFamily Web Portal, provided they are turned on . The only thing "Notifications" feature does is, once an activity is received on Web Portal, it sends an email to the designated email address.

Sorry I couldn't get this posted on the main board.  i couldn't find anything that said "new message".  Probably my mistake.

But I did have a possible improvement suggestion I wanted to make.  It would be great if you could select "don't block, block, or allow but monitor" not as a total rule for all websites, but for each website individually.  For example, on most of the websites I list to restrict, blocking is what I want to do.  But for google, I'd rather allow this but monitor it.  That way they can use the search engine but I can see what search terms they used each time.  Just a thought.  Sounds like you get plenty of suggestions!

Also, is there a way to see a list of my childrens' online activities besides the notifications I have sent to my email?  I couldn't find anything like this in the settings.  Thanks!

Please note that "Search Supervision" works independently of "Web Supervision". You can set Web Supervision to work in Block mode and add google.com to white list then turn on "Search Supervision". Child will be able to access google.com. You will get reports in Web Activities section if child has visited google.com. The "search terms" used by child are reported under Search Activities.

Please see the following help page to know how to add a web site to white list:

Also, note that, apart from notifications, you can view list of online activities by logging into Web Portal (https://onlinefamily.norton.com) and clicking the link called "Activities" appearing in the top-left of the Web page.  Please read the following help page to know how to view children's activities:
