In Gmail, when re-tagging from "Norton: Safe" to "Norton: Review", should I also report the email to Gmail as spam?

Issue abstract: Does Norton recommend reporting spam emails to Gmail after re-tagging suspicious emails from “Norton: Safe” to “Norton: Review”?

Detailed description: I have a Gmail account that I use in conjunction with Norton Safe Email, and I want to know what Norton recommends on this question. Sometimes Norton Safe Email incorrectly tags suspicious emails as “Norton: Safe”, and I know that to train/improve Norton Safe Email I need to re-tag these suspicious emails to “Norton: Review”. My question is, does Norton recommend that I also report these emails to Gmail as spam? Or should I not report these emails to Gmail as spam?

@Oldscool I suggest reporting to both Norton and Google G-mail respectively to get them both on the same page.
