On January 3 I renewed my Norton 360 subscription for two years. I received a confirmation number and my credit card was charged for the renewal. My account information as shown on my Norton 360 window on my PC at first showed the correct next renewal date of January 8, 2014. I have since been receiving warning messages that my subscription is about to expire. Also, my PC Norton 360 window now shows an incorrect two days remaining on my subscription, but the account information on your Web site shows the correct next renewal date of January 8, 2014. What can be done to correct this problem?
