Incessant expiration Emails from NORTON

I get, one after another, Emails from NORTON that my ACTIVE Norton Internet Security subscription EXPIRES much sooner than its expiration date (like, expires on June 05, 2017 in the Email received today 06.05.17, while I have it RENEWED on May 01, 2017, and received a confirmation/congratulation message from NORTON, and it will be auto-renewed on May 01, 2018).

This goes on for months and years (about 3 - 4 per month). I suspect that something was mishandled in my account and that there is probably an easy correction.
