Incompatible software - how to fix?

I recently "upgraded" from Norton 360 to Norton Security. During installation I got a message that one piece of software was incompatible, but installation did continue. The software is ABNAMRO e.dentifier2, needed to connect a device to add an electronic signature to bank transactions. That software still runs but is not recognised when trying to log into the bank. I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again (no message from Norton) without any result. The bank obviously point at Symantec (and take no action, what a surprise), as Symantec users will probably point to the bank. But that does not solve my issue. Any suggestion how to find out what is blocked (and how it is blocked)?

I can add that the software worked fine with Norton 360.
