Incomplete / Missing Logs for Family Premier

A few days ago I upgraded from the free version of Norton Family to the Family Premier. Today I installed the updated version of the Norton Family Android app. I then logged in as the "child" and did some web searches, etc. However, none of the activity was recorded on the logs. The only thing I could see was the original website log listing (google.com), but there wasn't any information in any of the other logs. None. Not on the "Time" log, not "search" log, nothing. Please help.
