Incorrect Vault Password & Norton Crash after upgrading to Windows 10

First of all when I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, Microsoft removed the installation of Norton Security with Backup.  I reinstalled the Norton product but when I try to log in to Norton Identity Safe it says my password is wrong.  For 4 or 5 times I attempted to change my password for Identity Safe but am still unable to logon even after I received a message the password was changed.  On top of that Norton Security with Backup crashes and I need to restart it.  Does anyone have a solution.
