Insight Dispute Submission - How long should it take?

My software has just started triggering a Norton Insight warning. The software has been on the market for nearly 5 years and it's clean.

 

I submitted an Insight Dispute 2 weeks ago and I spoke to a help desk person who said normally disputes are resolved within a few days. I haven't heard anything back and this is a big problem for my users.

 

Any help I could get? Please? Who can I talk to to resolve this?

Welcome Anne,

I am sorry that you are experiencing a problem. The staff reads the messages here on a regular basis. If you have not received a response in the expected timeframe maybe it's time to review the message you received when you made your submission and see if there is any specific person mentioned that you should contact if you have questions.
