Excuse me Gribouille, I misunderstood your question.
Fortunately Peterweb was there to complete the task.
Thank you both and have a good evening !
See you soon…
Teamwork.
@Guillaume1024 @peterweb There is no problem. It’s true, it’s a team effort. I succeeded in collecting the newspapers.
Thank you both.![]()
Hi @ivan.GenDigital ,
This topic still seems relevant.
Would it be possible to get an update?
Thanks.
Hi,
The instability issue with the “Call Protection” feature on Android is still ongoing.
I have to reactivate it several times a week on my phone.
- Do you have any further information about the problem from the relevant team ?
- Can you confirm that you have all the necessary information to identify and fix the issue ?
Cheers
Guillaume
The issue is still ongoing, and we have escalated it to our mobile engineering team. It’s under investigation, and we hope to have an update for the app soon, that will further decrease the occurrence of this problem.
For now, we can only recommend excluding the Norton 360 app from battery-saving techniques on Android OS. We have this KB for it : Fixing Norton apps stopped by Android battery optimization
I will update you once we have more information on the fix. I appreciate you guys following up on it. If I need a newer set of logs when it occurs, I’ll let you know.
Ivan
Jumping into the fray here. I haven’t seen the “Call Protection” feature listed in my Norton mobile as of this posting. Is this a limited release, BETA or invite only?
SA
In Scam protection pro :
Safe Call: Automatically blocks scam calls or labels incoming calls as scam, spam, or a business, so you’ll know if you should answer.⁴
4 Only available in Scam Protection Pro.
In US = plan “Norton 360 with LifeLock” only I think.
It is also possibly deploying in a phased manner ?
Yeah, I don’t do the lifelock subscription so that is why its missing my side. Thanks.
