Install Norton on another computer

Hello¡

Why can't I charge my norton anti virus into my computer, I did it to another computer and the service was for three.,

I don't know how to do it, I have got the code and all the numbers, but  I need to insert it into my personal portable computer and it seems too difficult for me, 

please I need some confirmation and solutions, because my computer is not protected althogh I did something on the 9th  January for one year.

Delph is correct.

When you log into your Norton Account you look for the yellow Download button beside you current subscription. This will download and install a preactivated copy of your product.
