Hello
I have installed my product on 3 computers. I just bought a new computer and would like to install 360 on that computer. Can I uninstall it on my old computer, and install it on my new computer without buying a new product?

Login to your Account, delete the computer you no longer want , then add the new computer.
Thank you for your answer... one more problem though. When I'm in my account page, I can see 3 licensed units, but i only see what dates each unit was installed (no unit name) so I don't know which date Norton was installed on my computer(so I don't know which unit to delete). Is there a possibility to check it up?
to tell you the truth, I don't get that much information in my account...I got an expiration date ...shows that two of the three keys have been used....when I click on history it shows my installs but I'm not getting any information on the second computer at all....I guess I would have to login on that computer to see the history. hm. wish I could be of more help but by the looks of it, I've got a little problem of my own to solve in order to try to help you lol. sigh...someone here will step up and help...sorry.

What you are looking for is the Norton Management utility.
Go to www.manage.norton.com and log in using the email and password for your Norton Account. Click on the My Account tab. Look under your current product and find the list of computers you have the product installed on. Click on the trash can beside the computer you want to remove. This will free up the activation for you to use on the new computer.
Then, from the new computer, log into your Norton Account at www.account.norton.com Click on the Download button beside your current subscripton. This will download and install a preactivated copy of your product.
Let us know how it goes.
Peter,
I've only used Norton Management on computers that had friendly names applied by me -- usually indicating the version of Windows on them.
I'm not sure how Norton Management will help Footsie distinguish between computers when this has not been done -- can you clarify what Footsie should look for that he can tie to a specific piece of hardware since I can't see anything in my Norton Management but then I don't remember what it called the different PCs before I renamed them. Does it pick on some piece of hardware or .... ?
TIA

I think what Norton Management picks up on is the name you give your computer when you first install Windows.
As you say, the best way is to use the utility on the computers to give friendly names.
Hi,
Hope your are looking for devices listed in https://manage.norton.com/Account.
If device name is blank in 'Manage my installs', you can do one of the following
--> Goto C:\Program Files\Norton 360. Right click and go to properties. It will have Created date
Check whether the installed date matches with the date present in Norton account and remove it
--> Last option is to remove license of all devices and activate again with the same key in all machines you want. (By doing this you wont loose any license. Only head ache is you need to reactivate again in all PCs)
Kindly let us know if it works.
Thanks!
