I have recently purchased a new Android Tablet, running Android version 12. When I try to download/install Norton using one of my licences, I get a message saying that I need to upgrade to Android 8 or above in order to install Norton? Consquently it will not download. Also cannot find Norton 360 on my PLAY store app. Contacted Norton but not much use, just sent me more download instructions.. Any advice apreciated.
All: It appears that Norton once again has changed their offering on the Play Store and not made a formal announcement:
That only appears to be a name change. The feature list seems to have no changes that I can see.

It is a 10 inch tablet - S29. Cannot see Norton on Play Store - so trying from Website and following instructions from email by Norton - but no can do.
The only way to get 360 Android is from the Google Play Store app. If you do not see Norton 360 in your Play Store app it may have something to do with your location. What country are you in?

What device are you using? Are you trying to install from the Google Play Store app on your device?
