Install updates without internet

I need to download updates for Norton for a machine that is not connected to internet.
All downloads seem to request internet during the install process.
Is there a link where I can download the updates and then copy them to another machine?
thank you

Hello. Are you on the new 24.xx version or an older version?

SA

not sure. where do I find this indormation?

Edited: Updates for version 24.xx require an active internet connection to get them. There isn’t a way I am aware of to download updates for that version.

If you think you have an older version installed. Open the main user interface, if it is an old version this is what you should see:

*Go to the top right corner and click on “help”, in the next dialog click on about. Your version will appear on the left in a smaller window.

IF, you do NOT have version 24.xx and have an older version you can update virus definitions at the site linked below. It updates ONLY virus definitions and will not install any new or missing features.

rhis is my home screen

You’re on the new version 24.xx, there has to be an active internet connection for updates to download and install on that version. The intelligent updater, which I have NOT tested for that version most likely won’t update. You can test that, the worse that can happen is you’d get a notice the updates failed.

Um, this machine here is / is not connected to the internet?
I see NH…so, I’m thinking you’re Sign’d In → connected?
Can you Sign In wo internet connection?

@bjm As I read the OP they want to download all future updates with the device remaining off internet connectivity. For version 24.xx to be installed that machine MUST have been internet connected at some point, because, the 24.xx update can only install and activate via live updates. That being the case, their initials NH will appear until they sign out. Connected or not. .

SA

Oh okay…NH remains w/wo internet connection.
