I am going through my third install what is going on and I keep getting messages from McAfee that I have a serious virus problem and for two days now

I cannot get any help getting the software I select installed .  What does it take to get help.    Can't you show a send button so I know how to send this mesage.

Computer came with 60 day free trial Norton Internet Security 2011..

I have 28 days left of free trial.

I Purchased Norton Internet Security 2011 for one computer and for one year service. ( On Disk)

When my free trial is up how do I install my new disk?

Not sure if I have to remove the free version, just install the new disk over the top, put a number somewhere, or what?

If you have McAfee installed on your computer, then you are going to have difficulty installing Norton products. You should only have one real time AV product installed at a time.  You need to fully remove McAfee using the instructions here.   https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view  Scroll down to the section to use the Method 2: Remove using the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR). Use this tool and then be sure to restart your computer.  Then you should be able to install your Norton product.
