On my PC (running on XP) I have a version of NIS purchased in 2009. Licence runs out in August 2011.
In March I purchased a new version of NIS 2011 for a laptop and I want to install a second instance of that on the PC so that I do not need to renew the PC licence in August. When I try to install it, it downloads but then terminates the installation. The product is still showing the old version as the installed one.
Do I need to totally uninstall the old version before trying to install the new one, or is there some way of installing it over the top?
