I am trying to install Norton Family on a laptop its never been on before (its my retired laptop, I am setting up access on for some software usage for my kids.
When I attempt to set up the installation (sign in for the first time) I get an error saying norton is unable to proceed. (see attached screenshot)
It is acting like there is a network issue, but this laptop works fine on the internet, and I am even typing this post from said laptop.
