Habe heute Morgen im Android Market unter “meine Apps” ein Update entdeckt. Update installiert und sofort kam die Meldung, dass die Vollversion nun aktiv sei. Jetzt funktioniert es.

ich habe gestern eine Lizenz für mobil security über
den Appstore erworben.
Auf der Rechnung steht, das die Software automatisch auf mein Handy geladen würde.
Aber bisher ist die Software nicht auf meinem Handy installiert worden.
Wie lange dauert es bis Software installiert wird oder wie ist da die weitere Vorgehenweise?

Warum denn überhaupt Kompatibilitätsmodus? Nach Rechtsklick mit der Maus als Administrator ausführen und fertig. Vorher aber auf jeden Fall die obligatorische Datensicherung durchführen.
Ansonsten sollte man bei solchen Fragestellungen vielleicht auch ein paar Systeminfos offenbaren.
Hat leider nicht geholfen. Die Fehlermeldung erscheint wieder.

Wie lautet die Versionsnummer von deinem Norton-Produkt. Zu finden, wenn du dein Norton-Produkt öffnest und auf Hilfe & Support > Info klickst.

bekomme auch diese Fehlermeldung. Das mit dem Kompamodus klappt nicht. Ich werde aufgefordert in den normalen Modus zu wechseln.
Habe Vista auf meinem Rechner. Mit ner Recovery CD neu aufgesetzt

Hast Du noch die Installationsdatei der Version 6? Wenn ja, dann deinstalliere diesen Norton mit Windows( siehe Spoiler- XP- Beispiel) oder mit einem Deinstallationsprogramm. Solltest Du mit Windows deinstallieren, so wäre es besser, Du reinigst die Registatur mit den ccleaner. Vorher solltest Du Dir Deine ,,Idenriry-Safe- Daten" sichern. Danach kannst Du die Version 6( falls noch vorhanden) installieren.
sollt auch bei Vista so sein.
Hat sich erledigt. Das Service Pack 1 musste noch mal installiert werden. Danach hat alles geklappt.

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums. 
No Norton Internet Security (NIS) cannot be loaded onto Android tablets. However Norton Mobile Security (NMS) or Norton Security & Antivirus as it is currently called in Google Play, can. If you are interested you can access it via the Google Play website from your Android tablet. If you want to see a bit about it from your normal device then try this link.
NMS comes in a free, or Lite format and a paid for version that give more protection. This is not covered by multi licences for NIS or Norton 360, however if you have Norton 360 Multi Device then a licence on that can also cover NMS on a tablet.

Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program.
I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
For some reason I got up the other day and Norton had completely dissapeared I re-downloaded it but it wont install.......

Is it required to uninstall NORTON Internet Security before installing 360
No. The 360 installation will detect the older Norton Internet Security and initiate the uninstall of that product. Then after a system restart, the 360 installation should continue. This method will also save most settings from your older installation.

1. If you do uninstall your older 360 product you may lose settings you might want to keep. Backup sets, firewall rules for example. Just open your current 360 product and click on Help > Enter Product Key. That will initiate the upgrade to the new 360 product. After a couple of system restarts, you should be good to go with the new product. This process will also remove your Norton VPN product as the new 360 product includes this as a feature.
2. Do nothing with Windows Defender. Norton's installer will deal with any control over Defender.
