I just upgraded to Norton 360 and now I receive Error OL-297A when attempting to download my banking transactions from Quicken. I am 99.99% certain that the error is related to Norton, because (1) it worked before I upgraded yesterday while running Norton 2005 and (2) it worked before I upgraded last year before I upgraded to Norton 2007. I had some system issues a couple months back and never reinstalled Norton 2007, partly because I didn't want to risk losing the down load function on Quicken. Well, my subscription for Norton ran out, and I upgraded to Norton 360, and lo and behold, I can't download my banking transactions again.
Please help.
PS: I have also posted this on the Quicken Forum.
From the many threads I've seen in the Intuit forums,it appears that they're working on a fix for this issue. However, if you feel this being caused by Norton360, please let us know a bit more information about your system, and the exact version of both Norton 360 and Quicken. Thanks!
