This way do I get a web installation? I need a full offline installer, is there a link for it or not?

Download should be setup file which you can run as a normal app install - if you require on a second computer, just copy setup file & past to other computer & run from that.
All: There is no offline installer for version 24.xx. Downloading from your Norton account or, getting the update via Live Updates are the only options. Version 24.xx is entirely online based for installation. If someone knows something we aren’t aware of please post it here. TIA!!
