I've been using NIS2009 (with free upgrade to 2010) for a year - my subscription runs out in about 25 days. I recently bought another subscription (2 years for 3PC's) using a different e-mail account. Even though this new subscription shows as valid and with no activations, I can't install it on my PC. I've even tried uninstalling my existing NIS2010 using the Norton Removal Tool. No good. As soon as I try to install the new subscription the system "defaults" to the old one. I tried the Express Renewal option, entering the valid key from my new subscription but get the message "you have exceeded the number of allowable installations using the product key below." Huh? My Account shows NO activations of this new subscription!
What am I doing wrong?
