Installing Norton 360 WITHOUT an internet connection

I currently have an account to download and install Norton 360 on three PC's.  One of my PC's already has a nasty virus in which I cannot access the internet.  How can I install Norton 360 without having access to the internet.  Is there a way to download the installation on my uninfected computer and then copy to a CD to install on the infected computer?

The infection should be cleaned up prior to installing Norton.  The malware is likely to courrupt the installation or prevent Norton from working properly.  One of these free malware removal forums can walk you through it.
