hi, i have been attempting to download norton onto my macbook but continue to get the message “Uninstall Conflicting App” and it seems to be referencing norton internet security but i have uninstalled all apps that are norton and still i am getting the same message. I called a “norton technician” who attempted to get me to go onto anydesk and give him full access to my computer. I had the same issue with the chat “helpline”. i am really not comfortable allowing someone full access to my computer, particularly using anydesk which is used repeatedly for fraudulent activities. Please could someone offer some advice.
