I try to install Norton 360 on my Mac BookPro. The Programm starts, after installing ab. 16% a window opens asking for my password in order to download the support packages. I fill in the password that opens my account, but the programm does not accept it. What can I do?
Hello Carola. Use the password you log onto the computer, see if that gets accepted. I’m not a MAC user but this sounds like the OS is asking for admin credentials to install.
