All of my kids' ims were being monitored on each of their computers for all of their AIM accounts until they got new computers over the holidays. We've installed the safety monitor on each of their new computers, but their AIM IMs are no longer being monitored. They each record no activity for the past two months and i am sure they have been using AIM. Did I do something incorrectly when I installed the download on their new computers?
Also - even before they got new computers, their ims on facebook and myspace were not being monitored or recorded. Again, im not sure if I've missed something on the setup.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and I am sure they are setup to be monitored.
What can I do to fix this and how can I make certain that I'm actually monitoring all of their IMs?
