Good day all (somebody). I am trying to fix a security issue which involves uninstalling Norton, saving it and then re-installing.I have read the intructions 'How To Uninstall/Reinstall Norton Security Suite after a problem with Norton program'. I am following the instructions and when I get to the step where you are to 'export data' and create a space to save so that you can retrieve when time to re-install, I am having problems. I don't see or know how to this. Is there suppose to be an icon 'export data' that I am not seeing or is there some other way to doing this? Please help this girl.
