Hi,
I recently decided to give a serious anti-virus program a shot (previously been using MSE), so I went ahead and started the free trial for NIS 2014 today. What I've noticed though (and it's noticeable enough!) is that, from the moment I installed NIS on, my browsers (IE, Firefox) either cannot display sites or do display them, but without content and simple-looking letters and layout. If I renew the site once or twice, its proper appearence may be finally displayed. Sometimes they're never displayed, no matter how many times I renew them. Also, Windows 8 apps that require internet connection can't load most of the times, which leads me to the conclusion that NIS interferes with the network connection in general.
I am quite sure this issue is caused by NIS as it appeared right after its installation. However, I believe my PC is also somehow related to it cause the issues were also present after the installation of an other anti-virus application I tested.
Some insight on what this problem could be caused by would be greatly appreciated. I really like Norton as a product and I would be very disappointed if it created issues of this kind.
P.S.: I have N360 2014 (testing it with the trial version, too) installed on another PC sharing the same internet connection and there seems to be no problem at all.
Thank you.
