Dear Norton Family Support Department
When my child tries to go onto any website on her laptop by logging into her monitored account, her web browser freezes. We currently use Windows 8.1 (August Update) on her laptop and she was not able to go on any websites that were allowed.
When she went onto websites like Facebook, her web browser stops working properly.
I went onto my Facebook on my administrator account and my web browser never froze on me.
Can you please fix this issue?
