I am having an issue inviting my spouse to co-monitor our family account. I am no able to send the “invite spouse” message to her e-mail account that ends in example@comcast.net. It works if I use an alternate Hotmail e-mail account that ends in .com but it will not go through to a comcast.net account. I checked to insure it wasn’t being sent to a junk mail or spam folder, it isn’t, it just never gets to comcast.net. Help please.
Hello, is there an update to this issue? The problem remains. Additionally, no alerts are sent to my spouse with this type of account e-mail address (although I receive the alerts). Thanks
