Ip address disappears error message?

My Norton 360 has this message in the list of security actions it shows up quite frequently and sounds unsanitary:

 

"IP address has disappeared from adapter Microsoft isatap adapter #2 and is no longer being protected."

 

 I've searched this site and find no answer to what it means. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

This could be a message for when your IP address is renewed by your router, or there is some interference that interupts your wi fi signal. Is ther a corresponding message about renewed protection for your adapter?
