Every time Norton's puts up a window with an IP address and gives me an option to block or allow the IP, the window disappears after a few seconds. I need to have time to look up the IP address on the internet to research it before I allow or block it. Why does the window disappear by the time I try to go back to it? Is there a way to change this amount of time? Where can I find the list of blocked IP addresses in Nortons?
Open Norton Firewall and click View History. Chose Connection Blocking to see the inbound and outbound traffic. This will show you at IP address and port level.

The window stays open for 60 seconds to approve/block the conneciton, but if the connection closes by itself, before you have a chance to approve or deny it, the window will close.
