I have an iPad Air 2 that I am trying to use NIS on and cannot get it to autofill the web sites like it does on Windows 10. It will launch the site from my vault, but will not autofill the username and password. Can someone help? Running iOS 11.4.1.
What browser are you using? If using Safari, when you get to a web page you wish to fill, you need to tap on the Action button, the square with the up arrow. Then find and tap on the ID Safe button from that. That will initiate the fill. IOS does not have the automatic autofill as seen on Windows PCs.
From what I understand, this is because IOS isolates all apps from each other, so it is almost impossible to have one app interact directly with another.
