Afew days ago, when attempting to open Identity Safe on my iPad, I received a message that there was an error connecting to the server. Today, when I successfully launced Identity Safe, all og my Login & Password entries are gone!
Any ideas what caused this?

There have been some issues with online vaults getting corrupted.
See if you can log into the vault from the iPad at https://identitysafe.norton.com Are the logins still there?
Do you use the same online vault on a PC? If so, see if you can sign into the vault from the PC.
