Hi Brent341,
Please let us know what version of Safari is on the ipad.
Thanks,

Hello
Sorry to jump into your thread but i am having very similar problems! Purchased Ipad 3rd Generation 64gb, IOS 5.3, along with a copy of Norton Tablet!
I have downloaded a few different apps but when i go to download the Norton Tablet as per the instructions, i get the "Safari Cannot Download this File," no explanation why?
Can anybody help?
regards
Foggy
Hi Katie,
I have the same problem that Brent was having, both on an iPad and an iPod Touch. Both devices are running the latest iOS, 6.1. Safari for the iOS is embedded in the operating system, so that would make it Safari 6.1.
On both devices, when you click on the Setup Now button in the email from Norton, Safari opens and spends a couple of seconds looking like it's loading a page, then you get the error "Download Failed: Safari cannot download this file."
I've seen the announcements that Norton Family now runs on Safari 3, so I was hoping that the problem had been fixed. (I tried installing Norton Family on my daughter's new iPod Touch shortly after Christmas, but it didn't work.)

Hi,
Are you trying to monitor the IPad or using Norton Family to view online activities from your iPad? The program currently monitors Android mobiles, not IOS devices yet. Please check the link below to see what functions we support for IOS devices.
Thanks,
Katie
Hi Katie,
I have the new Family app for viewing monitored activity on my iPhone, and that is working fine. And I have the monitoring app installed on all the computers that my daughter routinely uses. It's really her activity on her new iPod Touch that I would most dearly like to monitor, since that's just about all she uses now.
I don't suppose you'd be willing to give a tiny hint about the rough time frame is for the monitoring app running on iOS, mmm?
I would upgrade to Ultra Premium (if there were such a level) if that's what it took!
