When I asked AT&T for help, they were able to fix it for them & their 6 digit verification works when they send it to this iPhone 8, but Norton tries to send one just now & it did not work. I ask Apple & they went remote on this iphone & they could not find a solution, However they don’t send 6 digit, they just send Trust & a screen pops up & wants me to confirm. Can you send me something like that so I don’t need to get 6 digit codes? I only have 2 codes left for you as back up codes so I will only be able to log in 2 more times. So I use a back up code (8 digit) & went into my Norton settings & changed my phone number from:. & I hope this takes care of the problem. The 1741 is a cheap Obama phone that constantly dies & too old to spend $$ or even batteries can’t be replaced any more.. >—-)))o>
